Return Policy

1. Return Period:

   • The customer has the right to return the product within 15 days of receipt.
   • The customer must submit the return request within 48 hours.

2. Return Conditions:

   • Manufacturing defect in the product.
   • Product does not match the original order.
   • Customer's desire for return or exchange.

3. Product Condition:

   • The product must be in its original packaging.
   • The product must not be used or damaged.

4. Shipping Process:

   • The customer bears the cost of returning the products, which is approximately two Bahraini dinars.
   • The shipping cost will be deducted from the customer even if they have benefited from free shipping offer.

5. Shipping Error:

   • If the order is incorrectly sent by us, we will bear full responsibility and shipping fees.

6. Refund:

   • The amount will be refunded to the customer upon receipt and inspection of the product.
